Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
The Indore School of Social Work has started a one year post-graduate diploma course in Human Resource Development, a professional course in order to fulfill the need to intensify the academic and training inputs in personnel working in the HR sector. This professional course in HRD helps in developing the required knowledge and skills among the personnel working in different industrial and non-industrial organizations to enhance their work motivation, leadership skills, human resource planning skills and a many more.
Most of the industrial and non-industrial organizations today are opening up departments of human resource development which is becoming the major trend today. This course will enable the candidate to gain entry to HRD sector in industrial, Government and developmental organizations.
The diploma course shall be conducted in two semesters each semester consisting of six months
